Salary: $168,300 – $224,300

What you will do

• Own the enterprise view of AAA club and distribution performance across growth, retention, and profitability.
• Define and standardize performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks across all clubs and channels.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to identify growth opportunities and mitigate emerging risks.
• Lead the content, analytics, and narrative for monthly business performance reviews with senior leadership.
• Manage and develop a team of three analysts, elevating their capabilities in storytelling and business acumen.
• Partner with Product, Actuarial, and Distribution leaders to align on performance drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in Insurance, Actuarial, Product Management, or Data Analysis.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong executive communication and data storytelling capabilities.
• Must have indefinite authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS in Analytics, or MS in Data Science.
• Proven success in modernizing legacy reporting into scalable, automated insight platforms.
• Experience in financial services or partnership-driven organizations.
