What you will do

• Develop project charters, schedules, resource plans, and budgets using project management tools.
• Oversee day-to-day project activities, facilitate requirements planning, and implement issue resolution mechanisms.
• Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and executing projects for new product development.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience with 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or related industry is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 14971, EU MDR and FDA Design Controls and Submission standards is preferred.
• Demonstrated record of successfully leading projects to completion.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
