Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, FL (United States). Requires <25% travel. Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization; no sponsorship for this level.
Salary: $198,400 - $297,600 USD

What you will do
- Drive strategic and operational planning, casting vision aligned with ENT business strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams through project planning, scope, cost, schedule, and risk management.
- Mentor team members to foster empowerment, decision-making, and skill development.
- Champion best practices like Voice of Customer to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Own business strategy execution, acting as a mini-GM to ensure commercial success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years relevant experience (5+ years managerial) or advanced degree with 5 years relevant experience (5+ years managerial).
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship below Principal level.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA) with 10+ years experience.
- Medical device experience in new product development, DRM, clinical trials, quality systems, global regulations.
- Experience leading cross-departmental teams in diverse, matrixed organizations.
- Knowledge of patient safety, clinical research, U.S. Food and Drug Law.
