Location: Remote (USA), managed out of New York; Must be able to support in-person account visits as needed

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annual base salary + 10% on-target annual commission

What you will do

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with supply partners, setting critical performance goals and acting as a consultative resource.
• Analyze and interpret Marketplace data using PowerBI and Salesforce to provide proactive recommendations for partners.
• Collaborate with integration consultants to facilitate API integrations for new partners.
• Communicate product developments, business models, and marketplace dynamics knowledgeably to users.
• Suggest and scale policies and best practices to improve team operations.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of customer-facing experience managing multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of driving client business growth and quantitative data analysis.
• High proficiency in G-suite products with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones and industries.

Nice to have

• Exposure to the Market Research industry and familiarity with its dynamics.
• Previous experience working in Salesforce and Microsoft PowerBI.
• Exposure to API integrations and customized applications.
