Location: Must be based in Chile (Working hours: 9 am to 5 pm EST)

Salary: $1,200–$1,500 USD per month

What you will do

• Assist attorneys with discovery preparation, including drafting, organizing, and reviewing legal documents.
• Support litigation tasks such as drafting motions, subpoenas, and managing court filings.
• Utilize My Case software for document management and case tracking.
• Maintain secure case files using Dropbox or similar systems.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, opposing counsel, court staff, and clients.
• Track critical deadlines to ensure timely completion of all litigation-related tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal with U.S. law firms.
• Proven experience in discovery and litigation workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Must be based in Chile or Latin America.
