What you will do

• Operate laser cutting machinery and equipment to prepare parts for shipment.
• Inspect products for quality and notify supervisors of any non-conforming items.
• Communicate production status and issues effectively with the next shift operator.
• Follow established SOP/VOP processes to ensure consistent production quality.
• Assist other operators with machine setups and general tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a safe working environment and promote the company safety culture.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year of experience as a laser operator.
• Previous experience operating a crane.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs, standing, and bending.
• Training in general safety, quality systems, and foreign object damage awareness.
