What you will do

• Serve as supply chain SME on ERP configuration, planning parameters, and data integrity.
• Lead IT projects for supply chain planning including ERP enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Partner with BI team to define requirements and develop dashboards/reports for S&OP, demand/supply planning, and inventory KPIs.
• Automate manual processes using system tools, macros, or BI solutions.
• Ensure ERP data accuracy, investigate discrepancies with IT and operations.
• Train planning team on ERP/BI tools and document configurations/user guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related
• Minimum 5 years in ERP administration, supply chain IT, or planning systems in manufacturing
• ERP expertise required; INFOR/SyteLine highly preferred
• BI tools experience (Power BI, Tableau) required
• Experience supporting/leading ERP projects
• Excel, SQL or data querying proficiency preferred
• S&OP/supply chain planning experience preferred

Nice to have

• ASCM CPIM certification
• BI development or report developer experience
