What you will do

• Evaluate and clarify stakeholder data requests to propose database queries and visualizations.
• Compose and tune Oracle and MS SQL Server queries to monitor efile statuses and bank applications.
• Identify delays or errors in internal systems and external vendor platforms.
• Coordinate with banks, the IRS, and state tax agencies to resolve outstanding data issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to test and validate operational reporting changes.
• Recommend system enhancements to optimize monitoring and reduce exceptions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Oracle and MS SQL Server query syntax.
• Superior communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Kennesaw, GA.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends occasionally.
• Completion of approximately 2 weeks of on-site training in Kennesaw, GA.
