What you will do

• Manage global cash positioning and short-term forecasting across multiple entities and currencies.
• Administer global bank accounts, manage relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee custody operations, trade settlements, and securities transfers.
• Process cash and securities donations while adhering to donor restrictions and internal policies.
• Maintain banking governance, user entitlements, and support SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Lead treasury initiatives focusing on process automation and the integration of AI/ML tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cash forecasting, bank relationship management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with treasury management systems such as Kyriba and systems integration.
• Knowledge of KYC, bank account management, and investment-related activities.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the USA; the foundation does not provide immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
• Proficiency in applying AI and machine learning to treasury and financial management processes.
