What you will do

• Lead global T&E and Procurement event strategy, including policies for venues, room blocks, and payments.
• Partner with Events teams, Executive Business Partners, and Legal/Compliance to align programs with business needs.
• Optimize supplier strategy and lead sourcing, RFPs, and negotiations for the global events category.
• Standardize event policies and controls to ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Design and automate T&E workflows using ERP systems and AI to reduce cycle time.
• Define the roadmap and requirements for internal event technology and platforms.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in M&E, SMMP, corporate T&E, Procurement, or Finance Operations.
• Proven expertise in Strategic Meeting Management Programs (SMMP) and travel sourcing.
• Experience leading global events strategy and platform management (e.g., Cvent, Planned).
• Strong knowledge of SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Proficiency with enterprise platforms like Oracle Fusion, Navan, or VNDLY.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
