TL;DR

Senior Creative Strategist (AI): Developing and implementing dynamic creative strategies for global accounts with an accent on DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization) and performance-driven media activation. Location: Must be based in New York and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week

What you will do

  • Define and drive the strategic direction of DCO campaigns to ensure alignment with client business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, fostering collaboration across internal teams and agency partners.
  • Oversee the conception, execution, and performance analysis of dynamic creative strategies.
  • Develop robust measurement frameworks to derive actionable insights from large data sets.
  • Mentor junior team members and support professional development within the strategy team.
  • Advocate for emerging technologies, including AI-driven marketing and automation, to maintain market-leading approaches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant media, creative, or strategy role.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including programmatic and social platforms.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling strategic narratives that integrate creative, media, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing junior talent.
  • Analytical rigor with high attention to detail when working with large datasets.
  • Must be able to work from the office in New York at least 3 days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience delivering successful DCO campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social ads manager platforms and dynamic-feed ad serving.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end creative production process.
  • Experience developing digital media strategies on a global or regional scale.
