What you will do

• Develop and maintain maintenance plans, schedules, task lists, and technical documentation
• Coordinate schedules with maintenance teams and operations to maximize efficiency and prevent delays
• Manage work orders, asset tracking, and Bills of Materials in SAP
• Plan weekly schedules, shutdowns, and outages, including equipment needs and resource optimization
• Conduct post-outage reviews and refine job plans based on feedback and best practices
• Ensure alignment with safety, environmental regulations, and preventive maintenance culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in maintenance planning and scheduling
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and spatial aptitude
• Experience with root cause analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, and CMMS platforms (SAP)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for scheduling, tracking, and data analysis
