Location: Onsite at major US locations (minimum 4 days a week in office)
Salary: $84,000 - $126,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead workstreams for global facilities initiatives, including CMMS/CAMS deployment and process standardization.
- Implement reliability best practices such as Criticality & Redundancy Analysis, PM & Spare Parts Optimization, and Operator-Driven Reliability.
- Manage software system deployments (e.g., Fluke eMaint), handling data migration, change management, and site rollouts.
- Analyze maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, asset availability) to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Develop asset management standards, including asset hierarchy, naming conventions, and PM scopes of work.
- Ensure all initiatives align with regulatory, safety, and quality system requirements, including audit readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in facilities or reliability engineering.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Experience operating in regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., FDA, ISO, GMP).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of PM/PdM strategies and failure analysis.
- Experience with enterprise CMMS/CAMS systems (e.g., Maximo, ServiceChannel, MaintainX).
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
