What you will do
- Receive and qualify inbound sales calls, routing them to the appropriate Merchant Sales Representatives.
- Direct non-sales related inquiries to the correct internal departments.
- Track and manage lead distribution to ensure equal allocation among the sales team.
- Create and process new lead records within Salesforce.
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to the assigned work schedule.
Requirements
- Must be located in or near Lindon, UT
- Professional verbal communication skills for customer interaction.
- Ability to learn and identify product capabilities and technical priorities.
- Strong logic, reasoning, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service.
