Salary: USD 100,000–170,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Evaluate and conduct due diligence on private equity funds pursuing buyout, growth equity, and venture capital strategies.
• Present investment opportunities to the investment committee through written and oral presentations.
• Develop views on the private equity manager landscape and investment themes.
• Coordinate investment execution with internal counsel, compliance, external counsel, and private equity managers.
• Monitor the performance and risk profile of existing portfolio investments.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, leveraged finance, private equity, or public/private markets investing.
• Strong financial modeling, corporate valuation, and accounting skills with familiarity with private equity.
• Understanding of portfolio construction and an investing mindset.
• Ability to analyze opportunities, form independent judgments, self-direct work, and solve problems resourcefully.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a strong professional and academic record.
