What you will do

• Develop and maintain threat models to protect internal coding assistants and automated security systems.
• Identify and prioritize critical security investments based on implementation lead-times, costs, and benefits.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Research, and Legal teams to align on security implementation plans.
• Lead technical execution, including prototyping controls, reviewing software, and coordinating engineering efforts.
• Collaborate with penetration testers to identify and close security gaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco
• Exceptional hands-on technical execution skills.
• Experience working directly with advanced cyber threat actors or capable cyber-offensive groups.
• Ability to reason about non-standard security problems and design workable controls under tight constraints.
• Proven experience leading technical programs or teams.
