What you will do

• Identify and mitigate security risks through threat modeling and tabletop scenarios.
• Plan and execute high-impact projects to address prioritized risks across the organization.
• Build and manage operational programs for excellence in vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to architect secure software and instill a strong security culture.
• Develop and customize tools to mature the security program without creating operational friction.
• Manage bug bounty and penetration testing programs while establishing a network of security champions.

Requirements

• Proven track record of independent ownership of security domains.
• Expertise in threat modeling, red teaming, and penetration testing.
• Strong software development skills with the ability to perform secure code reviews.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with deep developer empathy.
• Highly organized project management capabilities.
• Must be based in the United States.
