What you will do

• Set up and operate tube convolution testing machines for rotating metal workpieces.
• Adjust computer-controlled programs via touch screen to remove die and crimp marks.
• Perform quality inspections using shadowgraphs, wall thickness gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
• Monitor hydraulic forming pressure and ensure dimensional compliance.
• Maintain tooling condition and monitor spare tooling levels.
• Execute pressure testing of finished hose sections in tanks.

Requirements

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or 3-6 months of related experience/training.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and reach during shifts.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Laconia, NH.
