What you will do

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair rigid and flexible metal tube assemblies for hydraulic, fuel, pneumatic, waste, and exhaust installations.
• Perform precision operations including cutting, grinding, forming, de-burring, cleaning, swaging, and polishing.
• Conduct visual and dimensional checks on materials, tube details, and finished products to ensure specification compliance.
• Set up and operate specialized equipment such as swagers, crimpers, and abrasive squaring tools.
• Interpret blueprints, method sheets, and process sheets to guide the manufacturing process.
• Prepare hoses for assembly by removing rubber, buffing ends, and connecting fittings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Physical ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
