What you will do
- Design, implement, and evolve process improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Standardize and optimize workflows using structured improvement frameworks.
- Ensure cross-functional teams align with newly defined processes and best practices.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and phases of process transformation projects.
- Partner with teams to identify operational pain points and implement sustainable solutions.
- Monitor quality metrics to ensure the long-term sustainability of implemented improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading or supporting business process improvement initiatives.
- Strong familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of process mapping and modeling using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems and Change Management techniques.
- English proficiency: B1+ required.
- Must be based in San Salvador, El Salvador.
