What you will do

• Design, implement, and evolve process improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Standardize and optimize workflows using structured improvement frameworks.
• Ensure cross-functional teams align with newly defined processes and best practices.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and phases of process transformation projects.
• Partner with teams to identify operational pain points and implement sustainable solutions.
• Monitor quality metrics to ensure the long-term sustainability of implemented improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading or supporting business process improvement initiatives.
• Strong familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of process mapping and modeling using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems and Change Management techniques.
• English proficiency: B1+ required.
• Must be based in San Salvador, El Salvador.
