What you will do

• Assess current business processes and identify pain points across functions
• Redesign business workflows for AI-enabled and automation-supported execution
• Document future-state workflows, operating procedures, controls, and business rules
• Define and track process metrics and success measures for performance improvements
• Collaborate with data, technology, and AI teams to align process design with implementation
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and build alignment

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, or transformation roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to map and evaluate complex workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or engineering discipline
• Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise workflow redesign
• Proven ability to convert business problems into structured process requirements
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods
• Exposure to AI-assisted process automation or document processing
