Location: Remote (US-based) with 50% travel requirement

Salary: $83,109 – $120,508

What you will do

  • Define, measure, and control key processes to improve customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
  • Facilitate complex cross-functional projects from initial conception through final completion.
  • Calculate potential and actual costs to support process improvement evaluations.
  • Conduct time studies on methods to achieve optimal balance and flow.
  • Define business cases for initiatives by aligning objectives, scope, and resource requirements with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in construction management, industrial engineering, or quality/safety roles.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong skills in data interpretation, problem-solving, and solution-focused recommendations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or ability to complete within the first year).
  • Technical writing experience.
