What you will do

• Develop, document, and validate system-level requirements in alignment with DoD 5000 guidelines.
• Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
• Conduct user research and produce Human-Centered Design (HCD) artifacts like personas and workflows.
• Represent program needs in Steering Committees, Governance Boards, and interagency advisory groups.
• Analyze vendor performance and licensing metrics to provide financial oversight.
• Collaborate with systems engineering and test teams to support milestone reviews like SRR, PDR, and CDR.

Requirements

• TS/SCI Clearance required.
• Must be based in Springfield, VA.
• Strong understanding of DoD 5000 acquisition processes and lifecycle documentation.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and translating findings into requirements.
• Proficiency in developing HCD deliverables such as personas, wireframes, and workflows.
• Knowledge of NGA initiatives, digital transformation, and AI/ML integration.
