What you will do

• Support facilitators to ensure a successful and impactful learning experience for participants.
• Manage the technical delivery of live remote events via video conferencing software.
• Moderate sessions by deploying polls, surveys, and managing breakout rooms.
• Provide detailed technical guidance and instructions to participants on using interactive tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimize disruptions and maximize engagement.

Requirements

• Perfectly fluent in Arabic
• 1-3 years of experience navigating and supporting virtual classrooms, specifically in Adobe Connect.
• Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, and Webex.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to build effective external relationships.
• Ability to perform calmly and quickly under pressure.
• Availability to work 7:30 am to 11:30 am US Eastern Time
