hirify.global is an end-to-end Space Systems Provider that designs, builds, and operates LEO satellite constellations delivering mission-critical data.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end commercial business capture process from discovery to closure.
  • Lead customer discovery and lead generation to identify new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Mission Engineering and Product teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  • Manage active pipeline opportunities and increase deal velocity.
  • Implement qualification criteria and price estimation frameworks for standard deals.
  • Deliver market sizing reports and insights for next-generation verticals.

Requirements

  • U.S. Person status required due to ITAR/EAR export control regulations.
  • 5+ years of technical experience in the Aerospace sector (engineering, technical sales, or solutioning).
  • 5+ years of direct business development and/or sales experience.
  • Full lifecycle BD experience, including lead generation, discovery, capture, and proposal management.
  • Bachelor of Science in a technical field or a Business degree with significant technical experience.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

  • In-depth experience with CRM and pipeline management in high-growth environments.
  • Direct experience selling satellites or mission systems, specifically in remote sensing or satcom.
  • Master’s Degree in a technical or business field.
  • Active US security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Proximity to the Northern Virginia office for frequent in-person collaboration.
