What you will do

• Identify and engage healthcare providers through targeted outreach and relationship development.
• Build and maintain a high-quality provider network within an assigned geographic territory.
• Guide providers through the contracting process, providing education on terms and requirements.
• Prepare and route standard agreements in alignment with approved templates and pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate contract execution and track required documentation to ensure timely signatures.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Network Operations, Credentialing, and Finance teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
• Must be based in the USA

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or provider contracting.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage programs and provider contracting models.
