What you will do

  • Develop and execute network development and contracting strategies for defined markets.
  • Refine local contracting strategies to drive provider participation in Medicare Advantage and value-based initiatives.
  • Address provider concerns and communicate solutions to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network management, technology, utilization, and growth.
  • Negotiate and manage ancillary and specialty provider contracts.

Requirements

  • Experience in network development, recruitment, contracting, business development, network management, or managed care.
  • Positive leadership skills to influence, collaborate, and motivate others.
  • Basic understanding of provider contract options, healthcare economics, and competitor practices.
  • Experience negotiating provider contracts to improve performance.
  • Ability to drive action across collaborative teams.
