Salary: $236,000 – $339,200

What you will do

• Drive AI-native validation by integrating AI to generate test cases, identify regression risks, and optimize test selection.
• Redefine developer workflows to remove friction from the inner loop, enabling faster iteration and validation.
• Architect the test pyramid strategy across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to balance speed and reliability.
• Manage a strategic portfolio of developer-facing capabilities, including local testing tools and APIs/SDKs.
• Partner with CI/CD PMs and engineering leadership to ensure seamless handoffs to global deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to define architecture and protocol standards for internal platform scaling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience shipping developer-facing tools or technical infrastructure.
• Deep technical fluency in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and automated validation at scale.
• Experience building platform products where internal engineers are treated as high-value customers.
• Proven ability to use AI as a collaborator to solve complex engineering bottlenecks.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize backlogs based on metrics like test flakiness and build duration.
• Previous hands-on experience as a software engineer.

Nice to have

• Experience managing internal developer platforms within high-growth cloud environments.
• Familiarity with modern data stack architectures or AI/ML pipelines.
