Product Manager (AI Security)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; onsite office role

hirify.global is building an AI Security and Governance Platform that helps organizations adopt AI and LLMs with visibility, protection, and control across the AI lifecycle.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, prioritization, and long-term roadmaps for core AI security domains.
• Own products end to end from discovery and ideation through delivery, launch, iteration, and adoption.
• Write PRDs, use cases, and UX flows for complex technical and security problems.
• Lead customer conversations, evaluations, and POCs, translating enterprise needs into product improvements.
• Develop capabilities across data protection, AI governance, observability, and secure AI operations.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Security, Sales, and other GTM teams on execution and positioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Leadership.
• Experience owning products end to end, from strategy through production and adoption.
• Strong technical background in software engineering, data engineering, or an equivalent area.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and leading evaluations or POCs.
• Ability to lead complex, ambiguous problem spaces and make confident product decisions.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Product Lead or senior PM in an early-stage, product-led startup.
• Background in ML/AI systems, AI observability, or model governance.
• Experience building internal platforms or developer-facing products.
• Familiarity with LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, or multi-model orchestration.
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS sales motions and B2B onboarding flows.
