AI Product Manager

Location: Hybrid work from the Tel Aviv office, Israel

A hospitality technology product company building a guest experience platform with AI-powered tools for hotels and hospitality brands.

What you will do

• Own the AI domain from discovery through delivery across conversational AI, automation, content generation, and operational insights.
• Translate guest and hotel partner needs into scalable AI-driven products that improve experience, automation, and revenue.
• Define product vision and priorities with Sales, Customer Success, Leadership, R&D, and design stakeholders.
• Lead integrations with hotel providers, messaging platforms, and other third-party systems.
• Define KPIs and optimize product performance using data, experimentation, and user feedback.
• Turn ambiguous opportunities into structured product plans and align cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B2C SaaS environment.
• Ownership of at least one AI-based product or feature from ideation through launch.
• Experience delivering complex AI-related features or products end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of user needs, business goals, KPIs, APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and experience working in Agile teams with iterative development.
