Technical Product Manager - Security

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for core security systems focused on protection and scale.
• Evolve threat detection capabilities, including analyzed signals and protection decisions.
• Lead engineers and security analysts from discovery and technical specifications through testing, launch, and iteration.
• Build internal tools for threat investigation, detection testing, and deploying security improvements.
• Define and track KPIs for detection quality, system performance, and analyst efficiency.
• Coordinate with product managers to integrate shared security capabilities into current and future products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager owning highly technical products, platforms, or backend systems.
• Strong cybersecurity background with practical experience in threat detection, security research, or protection systems.
• Deep understanding of backend systems, APIs, data flows, scale, and system design.
• Experience translating complex problems into product vision, technical requirements, and roadmaps.
• Analytical experience defining KPIs and using data to improve product quality.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Previous backend engineering or system architecture experience.
• Experience building real-time decision systems or tools for technical users.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup.
