Technical Product Growth Manager

What you will do

• Own and evolve the core product infrastructure and internal systems supporting user states, identity, registration, payments, and experimentation.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and optimization experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Define and track key performance indicators and turn data into actionable product insights.
• Identify growth opportunities across the user journey and lead initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Partner with R&D, Data, Design, Marketing, and Support to deliver scalable and reliable product solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Manager experience in a B2C technology company.
• Strong technical background and the ability to work with engineers on system design, data flows, and product infrastructure.
• Experience owning technical or platform-level product areas such as identity, registration, payments, experimentation, or internal tooling.
• Hands-on experience planning, running, and analyzing product experiments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and align stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling complex product or user-state infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools for product discovery and experimentation, such as Vibe-code.
• Experience with subscription-based or consumer payment products.
