What you will do

• Develop pre-defined data structures for automated analysis of large CX interaction sets across multiple channels (audio, chat, email, social).
• Validate data structures to ensure high standards for precision and recall.
• Test and provide feedback on evolving research tools for data integration and structure development.
• Translate complex client requirements into successful build and execution plans.
• Educate field teams (Consulting and Customer Success) on data solutions, definitions, and best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert in direct client interactions to discuss data solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consultative account/program management or business intelligence and analytics.
• Experience using technology to build and analyze datasets for operational outcomes.
• Strong ability to quantify and position operational recommendations.
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Proficiency in creating polished presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business Intelligence/Analytics, or a related field.
