What you will do

• Design complex data collection projects with human participants, including authoring instructions and defining quality targets.
• Create datasets using synthetic and model-based generation methods following state-of-the-art approaches.
• Analyze large-scale data to extract insights for AI model improvement.
• Develop tool prototypes for data analysis and creation using Python or other scripting languages.
• Collaborate with scientists and software engineers to evaluate the performance of AI models.

Requirements

• Master's or higher degree in Computational Linguistics or an equivalent field with computational analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in computational linguistics, language data processing, or AI data creation.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python, Ruby, or Perl.
• Experience with language annotation, data markup, and working with multimodal data.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• PhD in Computational Linguistics.
• Experience in data creation for complex agentic workflows.
• Practical knowledge of Machine Learning, APIs, SQL, R, or Matlab.
• Familiarity with version control and Agile development.
