What you will do

• Deliver 1-on-1 coaching sessions and team workshops on approved AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Identify and document high-impact AI use cases at the team level to accelerate business value.
• Onboard employees and guide them through prompt engineering, skills configuration, and GPT customization.
• Build and maintain an internal knowledge base of prompts, tutorials, guidelines, and validated use cases.
• Recruit and support a peer champion network of AI ambassadors across different departments.
• Contribute to AI maturity assessments and document ROI examples like time saved and automation rates.

Requirements

• Practitioner-level experience with modern AI tools and LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for diverse, non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English and French — both languages are mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a change-management mindset.
• Experience translating AI capabilities into tangible productivity gains.
