What you will do

• Deliver high-quality labeled data across text, speech, audio, image, and video modalities using in-house tools.
• Generate human insight data to support the development of responsible AI.
• Analyze root causes and identify error patterns to propose solutions for enhancing labeling quality.
• Identify process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and suggest improvements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and protect customer privacy.

Requirements

• C1+ or equivalent fluency in German.
• English proficiency (CEFR B2+) in both written and spoken forms.
• Associate's Degree or related work experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to make sound judgments when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• 2-3 years of project coordination or management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
