What you will do

  • Review and refine existing Target Operating Models (TOMs) to ensure alignment with organisational design principles and business needs.
  • Identify structural gaps, overlaps, and inefficiencies in current ways of working.
  • Design and implement clear, consistent processes and interfaces between HR teams.
  • Produce practical, user-friendly documentation detailing how operating models work in practice.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement to embed changes and improve organisational adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior People Business Partner within a complex organisation.
  • Strong expertise in organisational design and operating model development (essential).
  • Track record of delivering HR transformation or organisational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Advanced skills in influencing senior stakeholders and building professional relationships.
  • Ability to translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable solutions.
