What you will do

• Design and deliver conversational analytics experiences using Power BI and AI tools.
• Optimize semantic data models for AI-readiness and natural language interaction.
• Implement solutions to minimize AI hallucination risks and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop explainable AI outputs to ensure insights are traceable and trusted.
• Apply ML techniques for insight generation, summarization, and anomaly detection.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI semantic models or enterprise data modeling.
• Experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or natural language analytics.
• Deep understanding of data governance, quality, and metric definition.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, evolving environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Glasgow, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) or AI grounding techniques.
• Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders.
