What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant data architectures for client projects.
• Develop and deploy data-driven solutions, including machine learning models and statistical analysis.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines, preprocessing workflows, and feature engineering processes.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering results.
• Experiment with and adopt AI-assisted coding tools and agentic workflows to improve development quality.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Strong experience in building and deploying data-driven solutions in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and common data libraries for analysis and modelling.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database management.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques and statistical modelling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic coding tools and AI-driven development workflows.
• Background in consultancy or fast-paced engineering environments.
