What you will do
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant data architectures for client projects.
- Develop and deploy data-driven solutions, including machine learning models and statistical analysis.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines, preprocessing workflows, and feature engineering processes.
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering results.
- Experiment with and adopt AI-assisted coding tools and agentic workflows to improve development quality.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK
- Strong experience in building and deploying data-driven solutions in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and common data libraries for analysis and modelling.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database management.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques and statistical modelling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with agentic coding tools and AI-driven development workflows.
- Background in consultancy or fast-paced engineering environments.
