What you will do

• Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by securing alliance renewals before expiration.
• Manage the end-to-end renewals process for alliances within the assigned territory.
• Provide quotes to channel partners 90 days prior to expiration and ensure delivery to end customers.
• Collaborate with MSSP sales teams to execute expansion strategies around renewals.
• Communicate product value to drive license growth and ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Forecast renewals and maintain high operational discipline in the field.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Deal Support, Contract Management, or Customer Success.
• Proven experience with the SaaS subscription and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business models.
• Relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner effectively with sales teams.
• Based in Bucharest, Romania.
