TL;DR
Senior Network Engineer (Cisco LAN/WAN): Provide expertise in engineering, design, and maintenance of large-scale corporate Cisco LAN infrastructure with Gigabit switching and routing across 200+ sites. Focus on optimizing enterprise network solutions, ensuring interoperability of WAN, DISN services, and conducting lab assessments for classified/unclassified environments.
Location: Hybrid at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI, with in-office collaboration once a week and potential OCONUS travel. Active Secret clearance with SSBI or Top-Secret required; Valid U.S. Passport needed.

What you will do
- Design, engineer, and maintain Cisco LAN plant with Gigabit switching/routing for internal/external networks.
- Support implementation and optimization of enterprise network solutions across 200+ sites.
- Plan and deploy technology refreshes for the enterprise network.
- Conduct lab assessments for classified/unclassified DISN services, ensuring WAN/IOEE/IOSEE/DISA NOC interoperability.
- Create configuration artifacts, network maps, test plans, and maintenance procedures.
- Manage projects, incidents, work orders, and develop technical specifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years in LAN/WAN engineering, Network/WAN Administration in classified/unclassified environments
- Expertise in BGP, MPLS, LDP in service provider environments
- Network design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting in multi-vendor setups
- Proficiency in wired/wireless, voice/video device configuration
- DoD 8570 IAT Level III (CASP+, CCNP Security, etc.) and CCNP-Enterprise or equivalent
- Active Secret clearance (SSBI/TS preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and client collaboration

- 10 Gigabit Ethernet expertise
- Project management and status reporting
- AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, CompTIA Cloud+, CCSE/CCSA
- Federal agency or DoD experience
- Teamwork, vendor relations, and quick learning
