What you will do

• Monitor and measure activity and performance of commercial telecom/IP networks.
• Develop applications and programs using C, C++, and Java, and write scripts in Perl, Awk, and Sed.
• Create network standards, conceptual/logical designs, business cases, and ROI analyses.
• Conduct market research, trade studies, and proofs-of-concept for technology insertions.
• Manage EOL tracking, refresh planning, and BOM development for complex environments.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Deep expertise in routing, switching, SD-WAN, wireless, and cloud/hybrid connectivity.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, SNMP, network security principles, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with network management tools such as HPOV, Netcool, or Nerve Center.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in documentation tools and standards (e.g., SDDs, AoA, trade study reports).
• Experience in stakeholder collaboration and presenting architectural recommendations.
