What you will do

• Deliver enterprise networking solutions focusing on Aruba/HPE campus networking, UBT architectures, and identity-driven access.
• Design and implement wired and wireless solutions using Aruba technologies and ClearPass secure access frameworks.
• Execute hands-on deployment of Aruba UBT, including policy design, enforcement, and tunnel configuration across environments.
• Troubleshoot complex L2/L3 routing, switching, and wireless connectivity issues.
• Act as a technical advisor and mentor to clients and peers, ensuring high-quality knowledge transfer.
• Stay current with market trends, vendor roadmaps, and networking best practices to advise clients effectively.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of technical delivery and enterprise architecture experience, preferably with Fortune 1000 companies.
• Expert-level Aruba/HPE networking experience, including CX switching and campus LAN architectures.
• Hands-on experience with User-Based Tunneling (UBT) 1.0 and 2.0 deployments (Required).
• Strong expertise in L2/L3 networking (VLANs, routing protocols, segmentation) and Aruba ClearPass.
• Ability to engage effectively with CxO, Director, and Manager level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• HPE/Aruba Certified Expert Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Cisco wireless products.
• Certifications such as CCIE R/S, ACMX, ACDX, CCNP Security, or Palo Alto PCSNE.
