What you will do

• Manage, validate, and analyze program data across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Power BI.
• Coordinate data integration efforts between internal platforms, client systems, and subcontractors.
• Partner with IT teams to support system integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor program performance metrics and provide actionable insights for management.
• Ensure data completeness and compliance with contractual reporting requirements.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in program operations, data analytics, or system integration.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Experience working with large datasets and data validation processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, clients, and partners.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
