What you will do

• Own end-to-end service sales analytics, reporting, and insight generation to support data-driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models for real-time KPI and pipeline visibility.
• Implement AI-enabled tools to automate reporting, data preparation, and forecasting.
• Execute complex quoting and solution design for system upgrades, service add-ons, and non-standard requests.
• Manage service contracts, renewals, and retention initiatives using data-driven prioritization.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and optimize analytics and quoting workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in service sales, sales operations, or analytics.
• Expert-level Excel skills.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, SAP C4C, FN600, BMI, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to apply data analytics and AI-enabled tools to commercial challenges.
• Must be based in the United States (NY).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
