Location: Must be based in NYC (Hybrid – at least 4 days onsite/week)

Salary: $110,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Lead and facilitate functional requirement gathering sessions with business users.
• Translate and align European business processes for US energy market operations.
• Support end-to-end post-trade, control, and regulatory workflows.
• Coordinate functional gap resolution between internal teams and external vendors.
• Drive business adoption and provide user support during the migration rollout.
• Perform data validation and testing to ensure system alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in NYC (4 days/week).
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex transformation programs.
• Knowledge of energy trading and US power markets (PJM, ISO-NE, ERCOT).
• Strong technical awareness including SQL and data flow analysis.
• Experience working across time zones and bridging global teams.
• Visa sponsorship limited to TN and E-2 visas only; no H-1B support.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETRM implementations, specifically Orchestrade.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle events, settlement, and exchange clearing.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and test management tools.
