What you will do

• Consult with client management to identify and address business needs.
• Define complex information systems solutions for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead requirements analysis, ensuring specifications are complete, traceable, and verifiable.
• Collaborate with technical and SQA teams to ensure project results satisfy requirements.
• Manage changing requirements and communicate impacts and risks to project sponsors.
• Mentor and validate the work of other business systems analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and systems analysis.
• Proven experience leading requirements development efforts.
• Expert knowledge of IT concepts and application development methodologies.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Nice to have

• Experience in the health insurance industry.
• CCBA or CBAP certification.
• Master's Degree.
