TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid: 3 days in-office required).

What you will do

  • Optimize ad stack performance across display, video, and native programmatic products to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage daily revenue operations and execute AdOps tasks while maintaining partnerships with demand sources.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on AB testing, product implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide actionable monetization insights and real-time performance data to key stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry standards, including Prebid.org, identity solutions, and regulatory updates like GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in monetizing publisher assets, primarily in Web.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with Header Bidding (PreBid) is mandatory.
  • Extensive knowledge of the advertising industry, including SSPs, Open Bidding, and RTB.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
