What you will do

• Take overall technical responsibility for the chargeBIG product portfolio and development roadmap.
• Lead and scale interdisciplinary teams across software, hardware, mechanics, and testing.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal C-level stakeholders.
• Drive efficiency through modern development methods, test automation, and AI-supported coding.
• Support business development efforts during the product scale-up phase.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as AFIR, MID, and Eichrecht.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field.
• Several years of leadership experience in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of the EV charging infrastructure ecosystem and regulatory landscape.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Hands-on approach with a strong intrapreneurial mindset.
