What you will do

• Design and optimize landing pages, storefront pages, and campaign assets to increase conversion.
• Improve user journeys by reducing friction and increasing clarity across the platform.
• Drive CRO initiatives through continuous testing, iteration, and data analysis.
• Balance branding and usability with commercial performance goals.
• Create production-ready visual designs and wireframes using Figma.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, or SaaS design environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design execution and UX thinking.
• Experience with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., GA, VWO, Hotjar, FullStory).
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for paid media, acquisition funnels, or performance marketing.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based workflows.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and high attention to visual quality.
